Another system completed in time for Christmas, was a new hybrid system added on to a small existing system. This system comprised of 22 Csun panels, with the very neat Redback Technologies Smart Hybid Inverter, and a lithium battery.

Hybrid Power Systems Orange has raised the 14m high, 5kW Vertical axis wind turbine at Skillset’s green skills centre, The Flannery Centre in Bathurst. A 50 tonne crane was engaged to perform the lift. This is the final addition to the ‘hybrid’ power system which includes 30kW of photovoltaic solar power.
